Modular & De-registered manufactured homes
Basic Guidelines:
- Must be on owned land (no pad rentals)
- Must be 2000 or newer**
- Must be de-registered (removed from the BC Manufactured Home Registry)
- Must be anchored to a concrete slab or basement foundation
- Must be in excellent condition (interior & exterior)
- Must be in an urban and marketable area
** Will consider older models with renovations that were completed with proper permits and meet BC or Alberta building codes (must be fully documented).
